1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Message 2 Pay (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Message 2 Pay allows users to paste payment emails or messages so we can extract IBAN, beneficiary name, amount, and reference to generate a SEPA payment QR code (EPC / SEPA credit transfer QR) that European banking apps can scan. The Service is provided on a freemium, best-effort basis.

3. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or to submit content that violates third-party rights.

4. Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account in the future. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials.

5. Privacy and data

Pasted payment content is processed in memory to build a SEPA payment QR code and is not stored. We process technical data (such as IP address and usage events) to operate the Service. Please review the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Message 2 Pay makes no warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including errors, interruptions, or data loss.

7. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and content, remain the property of Message 2 Pay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

9. Who we are

Message 2 Pay is a service operated by CLNS (registered in Belgium).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
